Lithology and Thickness
Succession of several members (now upgraded to formations) of dolomitic limestone, claystone and quartzite. Upward succession of Ropri Fm dolomite, Khaira Fm quartzite, Khatpui Fm dolomite, Sorghawari Fm limestone, Tattapani Fm dolomite, Maki Fm claystone, Parnali Fm dolomitic limestone, and Bandia Fm claystone. Total thickness of 3300 m.
